1. Agreement
By using Questelix you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
Questelix provides learn-through-play quizzes across themed Realms, optional paid features, and disclosed partner offers in Discover (when live). Content and features may change during beta/staging.
3. Accounts & conduct
You must provide accurate registration data, keep credentials secure, and not cheat, scrape, reverse-engineer, or abuse the platform. We may suspend access for breach or risk.
4. Subscriptions
Paid tiers, when offered, are billed via Stripe under the terms shown at checkout. Statutory withdrawal rights for EU/DE consumers apply where required by law.
5. Liability
The service is provided as permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (including UK and EU consumer rules).
